Keep these records for 5 years. OSHA requires a separate sign-in sheet for each class day and a delivery address for each student's card (program requirements, PDF). Keep both with your class records for five years after the class ends. Track each class's records and deadlines. Your Authorizing Training Organization has the final say on forms, so check anything unusual with them.
Student privacy. Names, emails and addresses are personal information. When you are signed in, a class is saved to your account and only you can open it. We don't share it, we don't use it for anything else, and it is never part of the site's visitor statistics. Deleting a class, or your account, removes its students for good. When you are not signed in, nothing you type here leaves your browser.
