Class records
Ready when the audit comes.
You are responsible for each class's records for 5 years after it ends. See what every class still needs, keep the signed copies in one place, and know when the report and the cards are due.

Records belong to the classes saved on your account. Sign in, or create a free account, and each class you set up gets its own checklist and deadlines here.
A checklist for every class
Signed sign-in sheets, student contact information, your program report, card copies, the topic outline and the rest. Add a scan or a photo, or tick what you keep on paper.
Deadlines worked out for you
Report due 30 days after the class ends, cards to students within 90 days, and the date you can let the records go.
Private to you
Class records hold student names and signatures. Only you can open them. They are never shared, and deleting a class removes its files.
Coming up
Open deadlines across your classes, soonest first.
Reminders show on this page and on your account page only. We don't send email yet. To be reminded, add a class's deadlines to your own calendar.

These checks follow OSHA's Outreach Training Program Requirements (July 2024), which set the minimum. Your Authorizing Training Organization may ask for more, so check with them.
What counts as on file. A sheet you can print from this site is not a record until it is signed. Add the signed or scanned copy, or tick that you keep it on paper. The list follows OSHA's program requirements (V.P) and the checklist a records audit uses. Your Authorizing Training Organization has the final say, so check anything unusual with them.
Privacy. These files hold student names and signatures. Only you can open them. They are never offered to the library, never reviewed by anyone, and never part of the site's visitor statistics. Deleting a class on its class page, or deleting your account, removes its files for good. Files here count toward the same storage as My Documents.
