CPWR offers the FSL materials as free downloads, but its Terms of Use (https://www.cpwr.com/about-cpwr/terms-of-use-agreement/) say: "You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for non-commercial purposes", users may not "create compilations or derivative works of any Content and Materials from the Site", and "you may only copy, redistribute, use or publish any such matters or any part of the Site in accordance with CPWR's proprietary rights.
